Class description
Monday evening (English)
A class with focus on energy and balance. We work through the whole body with dynamic movements. We enjoy the daily shape of nature and ourselves and gain confidence and experience with ourselves. Walk out of this practice with a new sense of your own possibilities and where you need to focus next. Open for every one.
Wednesday evening (English)
This class has low intensity. We focus on releasing tensions in your body with attention on the depth and effect of each exercise . Awakening inner self awareness through a calm grounding practice. There is relatively little instruction and therefore the movements are simple. Here you will find time to calm down and experience your inner self. Open for everyone.
Saturday morning (English)
A grounding sequence with focus on the balance between effort and ease. We challenge our body, breath and mind through movements and so we move into the deeper levels of clarity and attention. Medium strength required.
