In this 8 week course you will the basics of what a beginner yoga student need to know.

You will learn around 15 classical yoga positions and you will learn how to adjust them to suit your needs.

When you have completed the course you can easily:

- participate in other yoga classes that I offer.
- safely participate in most other yoga classes because you will know how to modify your practice to your needs.

The course will provide you with techniques that can:

- relieve neck tension

- ease back ache

- improve your sleep

- stabilise your digestion

- lower thought mingle

- ease tired eyes

You will learn how to use yoga after a day of stress, eye strain and much standing or sitting.

Just to mention some benefits.

The course is a continous development and it is importang to participate every time. However, I offer the same class for two weeks, so if you are unable to make it in your group you may shift.

Practice day: Thursday at 19.30-20.30

Class 1: October 26 and November 2

Class 2: November: 9 & 16

Class 3: November 23 & 30

Class 4: December 7 & 14

Class 5: January: 11 & 18

Class 6 January 25 & February 1

Class 7: February: 8 & 15

Class 8 February 22 & 29.
